We will pay you as an Independent contractor_1099(10-99), You have to file your own taxes.

(For Non-US) We don’t have any tax deduction from our side, No PF, No TDS. It is an export-oriented income, so no tax deduction, we will deposit the amount directly to your bank account.

The video is all about your Name, Skills, Experience, and Projects you worked on. Mostly 90% you will be shortlisted based on the Video how you portrait. No need of going through all the rounds of interview, we will forward you to the last round of interview with the client.

We do have many clients from all over the world, firstly we will forward your profile to clients. Once your profile got shortlisted will let you know client details.

We are a Marketplace, we source candidates to our clients. We will take care of your Payroll and Interview process. From day1 to till the end of the project, you and client will have to interact with each other and payment will run through My Remote Developers..
